CAREER PLANNING.
Career planning is for individuals - injured workers, school leavers or tertiary graduates, women after child rearing, workers looking for career change - all looking for a new direction.
  • what type of work am I better suited to?
  • should I undertake further training?
  • where do I find job information?
  • where do I look for a job?
  • where do I get some professional assistance?

These are the questions that career planning can help answer.

An assessment will include an appraisal of relevant vocational personality traits, interests, aptitudes and abilities.

This will include a detailed assessment interview, psychological and/or vocational testing and feedback on the results.

PLANNING FOR THE FUTURE Career assessment planning does not need to be complicated to be effective. Career planning is all about finding some realistic and achievable job options for your future.
We offer a brief, cost effective and practical career planning service to help school leavers, those returning to the workforce or those looking for a new employment direction. The process has three steps:
  • a comprehensive assessment interview to gather important information about your aptitudes, needs and career ideas,
  • some objective vocational and personality testing to measure your interests, strengths and aptitudes,
  • and a summary interview to put the career plan together.
Interested? If so, please complete an enquiry form and I will contact you to discuss our services.
